Agency terms and process
Introduction and Application
You tell us about your child, schedule, expectations, and preferences for a nanny. We discuss all important details: experience, personality, skills, work format, and any additional requests.
Agreement on Cooperation Details
We clarify the work format, budget, search timeline, and answer all questions regarding the selection process. Once the application is confirmed, we begin searching for candidates.
Candidate Selection and Verification
We select candidates according to your request, analyze their work experience, references, documents, and personal qualities. We send you profiles of the best candidates (3–5 candidates).
Interviews with Candidates
We arrange online or offline meetings with the nannies. During the meeting, you can evaluate the candidate’s professional skills, communication, and interaction style, while the nanny can better understand your family rules, lifestyle, and expectations.
Trial Days
After the selection, the candidate begins a paid trial period lasting from 3 to 14 days. This allows both the family and the nanny to understand how comfortable they are working together.
Start of Cooperation and Support
After the successful completion of the trial period, we help finalize all agreements and sign a contract outlining responsibilities, schedule, payment terms, and other important details for your peace of mind and safety. We also stay in touch regarding organizational matters and the nanny’s adaptation within the family.
Replacement guarantee
Within 6 months, the family is entitled to one free replacement of the employee.
Additional Support
In case the nanny becomes ill, and if substitute candidates are available, we can offer a temporary replacement.

The agency’s fee is 100% of the nanny’s monthly salary..

- full “Independent Search” consultation
- agency participation in three interviews with candidates provided by the family
- professional feedback after each interview, plus sharing candidate profiles
- basic legal background check of candidates
- consultation on structuring the working relationship between the family and the nanny
- help preparing a contract between the family and the nanny.
- This format is suitable for families who want to search independently, but with expert support to minimize risks.
